Management is INEPT! but are they really, and whatever happen to the highly acclaimed advisory board they put together to produce the CBD product, and how were they compensated? It's all been nothing but conjecture and management made the wrong guess, but now's not the time for them to fold up tent and go home. Now's the time for management to dig in and use there god given talent for once, THE BRAIN!
