Tough to say, but my hunch is that it won't because typically when auditors are changed mid-audit, the new auditors are not going to rely on the work of prior auditors; they will want to perform their own procedures and independently verify the nature of the control environment for themselves. And the departing auditors are not going to simply handover all the work they did, so it is questionable whether the new auditors even have anything to build off of or if they need to start from square one all over again.
