RE:

Untrue, the mining ID will change if the owner releases his claim.

When an operator releases a claim on a mine it changes the status. In this instance the mine was registered just long enough for Norat to post that it was in its initial phase. The very next day the mine status was changed to "Abandoned". If anyone were to take over the mine, the status and operator would change, but the ID is still the same ID.

Post a single reference to back that up. The rules of mining are very clear. Post up what you think you know and not a phone number. If someone on the phone told you different cite the rule and regulation.

Check the online MSHA processing and find me a single form to apply for a mine or mineral ID change. You won't find it because it doesn't exist. What you will find is this statement right there on the front:

All mines are required to apply for an MSHA mine identification number. An MSHA ID is required for each mine site and must be issued before any operations may begin.

Paul Norat sold this latest scheme as the Gold Remedy Mine and then started giving other names and other ID numbers. As is clearly stated on the MSHA site, an Mine ID is REQUIRED before any mining operations begin. He still can't produce a Mine ID for that location.

He sold stock based on the Gold Remedy Mine. He needs to give up that Mine ID number.
