I doubt we'll ever know for sure. There have been so many inconsistencies with our financial information (which isn't even scrutinized by our accountant) there is no reason to believe that information is entirely accurate and complete. Since SEC disclosure rules don't apply to Medinah insiders there is no reason to get up in arms about this stuff. I doubt we'll ever know the whole story.
