Sorry to inform you that what u see on the balance sheet are the money that was left from the county grant.

That money can only be used for the purpose of proceeding with the plant development plans.

That is why they did not pay all their previous Lawyers, landlord and other vendors.

They are absolutely financially broke.

Even if they win the Annon case (no way in the world), they will still have to pay the principal and court decided interest. They don't have those funds and subsequently, Annon will own all Bion's patents.
