PRPM will not move with this s/s. Saenz would be wasting his time doing a damn thing with PRPM before a reverse split. If they use shares for funding, who the hell wants them? They cannot be traded. 10.6 billion was the last known o/s count. It's grossly inflated. The market cap is grossly inflated and moves over 1 million dollars with every tick.

Look at SUTI's challenges with a 2.7 bil o/s and 2.1 bil float. This is 5 times that #. Needs a split. It will get a split somewhere between 1 for 10 and 1 for 1,000

I am hell bent on a split because I'd like to invest in another Jorge Saenz company. I surely would not buy anything with the present s/s. Can you imagine how many other investors/SUTI shareholders feel the same way?

Other than reducing the shares. What will this do for the future of the stock. I am also curious why are you so hell bent on a R/S
