Only 13's on the bid and a large block at 15. Systematically this is the same scenario that's been going on for months dragging it first below $.03, then alllll the way down by way of selling, dilution.

All the while, not a peep from the company. I speculate old Roger is packing his bags and telling everyone the last person out shuts out the lights.
