Very simple.

I don't get people who keep asking about the cell. JN has been saying all the time in the last few months -- we are all about installation now.

It comes down to credibility.

It not about hate.

So yes, haters are going to hate.

It about being misled.

JN hyped the 3d technology. JN said a manufacture partner by end of 2014. JN said the final prototype was finished and ready for production.
JN hype that the claim to fame of SLTD 3D cell was that it would require minimum changes to manufactured it on current 2d assembly lines.

Who cares

You should.

If he purposely mislead the investor on the readiness for manufacturing of the cell and the impact it would have on the marketplace, how do you really know if he not misleading investors on dilution, acquisitions or him having the best interest of shareholders value and not his own and insiders?

A working 3d 25% more efficient cell is worth several billions, an installation company after many many many acquisition maybe be worth a few hundred million.

With the cell you get Aston Martin one, while as a slow (relative to having the cell) growing installation company you get a Taurus.

It a difference of getting 10 to 20 times the return of your investment compared to 1 to 4 times during the same time period.
