Definitely dependent on the execs. There's a reason there was a complete overhaul of the company and many respected individuals dropped out. If Michael Hansen leaves this company, it will be big time so much that i'll even re-invest in the company. The CEO Ivan has a great track record and so do the other new execs. All IMHO
