Count's representing CooperVision no comfort to EPGL

Haye's threw out that $1.1B number to open negoiations,not Count's or CooperVision

Count's is there to get CooperVision what they want for as little as possible...what's Haye's supposed to say publicly..Mr.Count's presence on behalf of CooperVision is very discouraging to us??
