red/green have NOTHING to do with if a trade is a buy or sell

the red/green is a change in direction

lets say .0002 is last trade, 3`s show next on bid n trade into bid it still would show as a sell but show green

hope that helps if not ask any broker in the world, they will tell u its about direction not buy or sell
