SHAREHOLDERS UPDATE.

The Company would like to inform its shareholders that the Company, as of today, is now free of all convertible debt. As a result of the final note conversions into equity, our issued and outstanding commons shares now amount to 482,340,750. The Company's CEO and CFO jointly hold a total of 274,236,560 restricted common shares that represent 56.86% of the total issued and outstanding common shares.
