that sounds right but see my questions on round one and two and three in Sweeny as we got and get discovery but a GOV motion to wholly dismiss our case is pending and pending and pending

and now we have put in a motion for a stay and ? I get lost re what is happening at Sweeny

AT lamberth - we lost (Pershing) - they are appealing - and that process mysteriously is stopped yesterday

And AT Lamberth - we had (??????) a sister or joint case against GOV and we have as of last few days been allowed to use the findings from discovery at Sweeny at Circuit/Lamberth - and indeed are asking for the court to allow Pershing to use them

so now
with that as weak foundation - can anyone do simple step by step review
