Its really simple to figure out why. Those selling are still asking to much therefore no one is buying. Buyers are not willing to pay for what they know is worthless to start with. Thus the Bids and Asks will not get filled. Therefore the present bids will eventually go to No Bid. Because No bid is what its worth to begin with.
