IMO it all goes back to when the annual hit on 2/1/06 showing 3.3 billion shares on 12/31/05. This was an increase of 2 billion over the 1.2 we had on 10/11/05, more than doubling, and was done during the time of the gag order on the TA. IMO we were blindsided by that and trust was lost.
