The NITE conspiracy...


Some are saying that the company is buying back thru NITE. Now I'm sure thats just wild speculation. But there are two things I do know for a fact.

1. NITE is the most comonly used MM next to UBSS for pretty much all the brokerage houses. Could the company have instructed Computershare to buyback ?? If so the NITE conspiracy could hold water.

2. NITE has been forcing the Ask down almost everyday. Not only does he leap ahead of the best ask during periods of volume. He also mirror prints the tape with a sell when it's actually a buy. 13:57:54 and 13:46:48 were the most recent mirror prints. Also NITE is carrying the largest "size" of any MM on the bid. When there is increased selling Volume NITE pops to best bid.

Kinda makes you go hmmmmmmmm
