Go Window as in manual data entry

I don't know whether NeoMedia has an exclusive claim on the term "Go Window" or not. I was of the assumption that it is germain to all smart phones and/or any other computer data entry devices which link code to content. However, I could be wrong.

Bottom line is that IMHO, I believe we have just witnessed a major shift in mobile marketings' tectonic plates between 2 heavy weights. I think being able to access bar codes thru the ScanBuy Shopper 'Go Window' is a direct treble damage infringement on NeoMedia's patents and a crossing of their Bridge. I thought a Cease & Decist precluded them from being able to generate revenue from their app. until such time as the claim was settled or officially ruled upon. If this premise is correct, then why is ScanBuys IP now available for public use after not being able to access it at all?

Secondly there have been other smaller, more undefined events such as ScanBuy taking down their patent list from their website and what Clawman & Success have provided us with this morning regarding "3rd Parties" verbiage.

Finally, its a know fact from April's CTIA Convention in LV, ScanBuys new CEO was very proactive in getting the kinks worked out in order to be able to deploy their IP.

Also don't forget that Ms. Nataly Kogen - a very smart cookie - of Hudson Ventures has provided ScanBuy with a large sum of cash infusion.

This 'Sweat Equity' can't sit still while the meter ticks on anticipated revenue production, hurdle rates and eventual repayment terms.

I think these are just some of the bread crumbs in the forrest mapping out our path here, which leads me to believe that we are in very good shape indeed regarding ScanBuy.
