The mineral potential of the prospect consists of a vein zone of unknown width, but a strike length of at least one kilometer. Veins within the zone are generally narrow, from a few centimeters up to two meters wide. Grades vary from 0.02 to >25 g/t Au with a minor silver credit (up to 23.1 g/t). The veins are enriched in molybdenum, and bismuth. Minor amounts of lead and tellurium are also present. The geochemistry is consistent with upper levels of a La Herradura-type system.

Mr. Pedro Villagran-Garcia, President & CEO, announces a private placement financing for gross proceeds of up to USD$250,000.

The net proceeds of the private placement are expected to be used to advance work on Company's projects and for general working capital purposes. Finders' fees consisting of cash and warrants may be payable on a portion of the private placement financing. Insiders of the Company will participate in the private placement financing.

The securities issued under the private placement will be subject to a twelve-month hold period from the date of closing.
