I agree, we saw all the evidence that contradicts govt arguments on multiple levels, they got to take a serious look at those before dismissing. Like Olson n Bruce said before this is not Cuba or Venezuela.
We will find out more, but since its on courts own motion, n price went up the same time, it must be something big :)
Is it possible that judge Lamberth told them he is ready to reverse his previous ruling and therefore do not need appeals court briefing anymore?
