Excellent observation RiskyBusiness87. Obviously the CEO has made some deals good and bad but the bottom line is he pulled it off I think. With a complete project under his belt we move on to stage 2 I think. He made some serious cash with those conversions and we are paying the price now but I expect a bounce here due in part because the balance sheets going forward better and should look good.
