Let's look at each wrong statement, in turn:
1. Settlements do not validate the patents.
2. There is no evidence that REVO has collected or is collecting any royalties.
3. There is no evidence that REVO is receiving any royalty fees.

Shareholders have no way of knowing what, if anything, REVO receives as royalty income or fees, because Eyetalk365 is under no obligation to file income reports. And 'Honest' Ron routinely ignores his reporting obligations to shareholders.
