I think the raping of the company by Hayward and the rest of the board is a misperception, fairly wide spread, and used by short term traders as the reason to hold the stock to whatever whim of the day they have. Bigger reason on the PPS stagnating is the substantial losses and never landing a profit.
Tempted to say you're just whining like a jilted junior prom queen, spreading vicious rumors bout the one who ran off with your date. But that would be unproductive. Recent shareholders conference after an 8K report, Hayward states (and the statement is entered in the minutes posted on the web), Board of Director members within salaried slots have not drawn a salary.
Looking into the claims of insiders sucking us dry through creative option awards just don't pan out. Look up NASDAQ.com, Single instance of options being exercised was when Hayward and Bitner plunked down some cash for the amount needed to uplist on the NASDAQ (the records found on EDGAR.com, SEC site). Board ownership of stock mainly retail level equities. There are beneficial ownership members now, allowing them to LEND out the shares on SHORT BORROWS as a matter of fact. That type of action can't be found on the SEC. We seem real adherent to all the SEC rules.
The biggest deal is our lack of ever recording a profit. AND, I guess the glaring RED bottom line is reasonable cause for us to be where we are. The lack of deep pockets jumping in is worrisome. Finally got one with real chunk of change when American General Investments kicked in last spring. From what I can track, our Board of Directors (Hayward, Bitner, et al) have increased their holdings since the uplist as a measure of shoring us up. THEY HAD TO.
IMHO, I fully endorse the Board's actions to date. We have a whopping ass butt load of Patents (those didn't help Kodak). I don't know if we're make or break this report. Been on the edge fo a while now, and it can all go to Hell on Monday. I'm sober, but going to remain positive any way.
Respectfully Pasta, wouldn't grouse at all if I'm wrong on the insider deals. Just need some proof it's happening. We do have to pay the troops (Janice Meraghlia, Debbie Baily, Brian ahhh,et al).
