The answer was that as long as conventional plants were paying $2 or more for NG, Bion would enjoy a cost/price advantage.
I have no idea if that's accurate... then or now.
$2 is the kind of data that I would think potential investors would need for due diligence. I was not aware of the number. Thanks.
However, the cost of natural gas is only half the equation. Seems to me we also need to know the cost of biomass to the facility. If delivered biomass is $4.50 per ton that is one thing; if it's $20 per ton that is something quite different.
One other thing I would like to know - was the $2 natural gas price-point a number developed by BION's Chief Financial Officer BK?
