LTE,,,,When? ...First, The fact that ALLM is getting $4M at all tells you a lot ...RRDA is a big believer and committed enough to be "in advanced negotiations with local municipalities" already.

When will the money come in? I would expect it right up front at a signing...Given,,
"The Company will use the funds to complete engineering, automate its demonstration facility in Longwood, Florida and file additional patents to accentuate its current family of patents. RRDA and the Company will work together to complete the first commercial plant and develop additional plants under the agreement in the coming months."
Obviously RRDA wants this up and running asap....They will have commitment of the money invested and an owner in ALLM ,,10% plus.
LTE, I assume you are afraid to buy stock ....But keep watching and buy in next year..
