Considering buying, but O/S is almost maxed out.

I find this company a stinky turd, but there is a small sign of life. A faint pulse. Any small but tangible news would make this run at least to the 002s. But would they do that before raising the A/S and probably R/S? If they are planning a R/S, buying here would be a waste.

Can these chumps be trusted at all?
