Why doesnt the 75% pullback filter work properly?

It gives me weird stock picks constantly. For example, I have it set up for $1.00 minimum move, and 75% pullback alert.

Today it gave me XOM at 11:14am. Why?

It also gave me JCP at 11:14am. Again, why?

It also gave me STN at 9:42am. Too funny indeed.

I could give you dozens of other examples if you are interested. I'm just trying to figure out how to make this silly alert work properly. All of these stocks made at least $1.00 moves, so at least that part of it is working. But there's no 75% pullback in these stocks! What gives?
