Is there anyone who can make a cogent, logical argument that this seller was not likely an insider? I think any other conclusion defies reason and common sense, but am willing to entertain well-reasoned points to the contrary.

No one can make that argument, unfortunately. What's really sad is that the "ATM" appears to still be operating round the clock as usual, even at these prices.
