So that could be a sale of a 1000 shares or millions of shares due to outstanding share being sold along with the 1000 or not.


You have to look at the outstanding count relative to the float count.


You can't see the outstanding but you can see the float in the market cap along with the value of the transaction. A very important clue as to what is truly taking place in the market place.
