I was once invested in a tech stock ... trading .08 to .11 It had one major product (more of patent on a product to run operating system).

Share O/S was around 400 million shares. About 2 weeks before it started taking off, they had a similar meeting and deal with a hedge fund.

Then they announced a financial package with the help of this hedge fund. PPS went to $1.2 area. Then it made its way to $3.70's within a month.

It got bought out at $2.20 area soon after.
