i sold out of tweed yesterday morning market price open, bought bed before it jumped - then i posted a lot of crap about the spread, will continue today - bed sent out the agreement to be voted on at a special meeting - found a really bad typo in it, describing the transaction, but it is immaterial as the correct info is all over the 200+ page document - the deal is 100% on, if i understood options and shorting and trading with margins or all that, I would have bet far more yesterday - when they mail you the deal and it looks like a small book and it has copies of court documents and financial statements and well thought out covenants - I think it is fair to say the deal is going down exactly as planned
