Huh? The Dow is up over 200 points off its low. That already is a tradable bounce, especially if you are trading the Dow futures. The question is, is this more than a bounce?

The NDX from this tradable bounce has moved back up to back test its Aug 04 RSL with this bounce, currently at approximately 1556.
