Thanks,I have been burnt in the past holding to long.When James took over as CEO from Joe he just said he new how the share holders of this company have been feeling for sometime because he was a share holder himself.Quarter by quarter you could see how determined he was to turn this company around and make potential turn to a real profit making company. I believe he has also taken time to bring in the right people to work for him.James said when he took over morale was low ,now I am sure they are proud to be part of a game changer and a company that is also good for the enviremt !
