I'm not aware of the current status of the company's well permit application. I do know, based on information from the company's attorney shared with the public, that an approved SWSP constitutes a "physical, legal source of water" and meets the appropriate requirement set forth by the county's recent changes to their commercial marijuana regulations in order to apply for a CUP. Not having a well permit at this immediate time should not hold up the CUP application.
