I'm afraid that the pending patent hardly can go farther then the hand shake only;
OR
EPGL will be asked to prove through clinical tests in conjunction with the Google device that there is 100% no harm to the eye tissue.

IMO, This can be the fastest way to say that an above mentioned scenario will open gates to a real deal.
