a new CEO would be great.

To be fair, they said it was a two person one day install......he didn't say what day. In reality it makes you start to wonder if something bad happened during the install since it's been silent for so long. Maybe he fell off the roof or his ladder fell over and they are stuck on the roof.

This guy needs a PR 101 course.

They still have the prototype video on the company homepage. It should have been changed out to the the production model as well by now.
