Unacceptable?... yes.. but that's the reason. They have informed shareholders of the unfortunate delay and that's that. You are in charge of your own sell button are you not? Accept it or just sell if your so disgusted. Your constant rambling like a woman is getting tiresome. No one is forcing you to invest here. Its the OTC and its all about volatility and uncertainty. Go trade blue chips if you cant handle the ride.
