First, who is this "Stu" you sometimes mention?

Second, Do you have a URL or other concrete reference that will allow us to read the "MSCI mews blimp" you mentioned?

(I find a lot of references to an MSCI associated with a certain group of Capstone courses found at various colleges but having nothing to do with the company.)

Logically it appears unlikely that any legitimate entity would have the temerity to upgrade this train wreck at this time.
