I previously forwarded this link to the company which allows trading and acceptance of the 506d certificate as long as the company trades at .01.

Last year when I called Charles Schwab, I was told that the company had to be at least a $5.00 PPS for them to take my 506d certificate. Another iHub poster stated his company (Fidelity or E-Trade I don't remember), required a $1.00 minimum PPS.

There may be a fee to deposit the 506d into one's brokerage account however.
