Hi Cary,

I have a call today with the auditor to see where he is at with the 10-Q. He has not been in the office for the past 2 days.

Merger update. Hmm. We own 100% of Plaid Canary. We can merge with them whenever we want. I need to have the time to put together the paperwork (proxy statement, FINRA application, etc.)
