Odd thing about raising shares....

Not sure why I just noticed this, but anyone notice that when they were raising A/S to 2 billion, mergers and acquisitions was NOT given as a reason? And then a mere few hours later, when on a whim they dropped it to 1 billion, they suddenly added mergers and acquisitions as a reason for the increase?

Has to make you question the motives...
