Usually when you see the SEC filings pop up they come in strings. They file them all in a row consecutively. So far this hasnt happened. Hopefully we see the rest and the OTCQB certification.


There are not many stocks fall behind and then come back and file.


I think it had to do with the prior CEO and the SEC questionings that happen these days. It probably took a while to finish the questionnaire. This is just an assumption though.
