There has been debates about having different voting power for different shares in Norway just as it has been discussed in Sweden. Many companies has backed of and made the different shares equal, but not all of them. And it's totally legit to have different voting power. And the A share structure has not stopped institutions from investing in companies.
But I'm 100% sure that there is investors like FD that won't invest in SIAF because they cont get the same influence has FD managed to get by signing the deal with Solomon.

God knows how many shares they are already sitting on together already, I'm mean, when have seen a big mysterious buyer her for a long time, but no filling, we should have seen a filling.
