It was one write-up based on public facts. I understand Van's rule but IMO it did not fall within the intention of what the rule is trying to prevent. If that makes any sense. I think sell off this morning was partly related to readers, and reaction to Q2 would have looked better without it (SP rose around 8-9% after earnings). But Van did say the prospects for Co's IP have not changed and he thought Henry was the right person for the job. My shares and thoughts have not changed, go XXII!
