SLRW: CEO disappeared in 2012 and went into hiding trying to avoid lawsuits. No office. No physical property. No personnel. No assets. No intellectual property (patents). No phone. No email. No filings with SEC since 2007. Dissolved by the Secretary of State of North Carolina in 2012. Other than this, everything is just dandy.
