This could have something to do with the delay, but in the long run good for all of us, means alot of the shareholders would likely be holding for longterm, not active traders, less pressure on the sell side? What you guys think. http://www.bizjournals.com/memphis/stories/2003/11/10/story8.html

ATWEC has 1,800 stockholders, 90% of whom are local, according to Marlene Foster, a consultant with Foster Financial Services who has been responsible for selling ATWEC stock. She has been conducting workshops and investment classes in the community and says they have opened over 400 new accounts.

"We'll come off the Pink Sheets and onto the stock market soon, but we're proceeding slowly because we're trying to get as many African-American investors involved in this as we can," she says. "We've been getting calls from across the country inquiring about this stock."

Also makes it more likely Wiley wishes to succeed and promote his company for the benefit of all of 'his' shareholders.
