You are one of few folks whose posts and insights I always liked! your seemingly long sentiment also inline with what I'm may be that was the bias for it
I'm not a pro trader, but wondering how would a company pay with stock? I mean who would accept stock in-lieu of their dues? Wouldn't that stock they eventually end up with MM and at their mercy to short manipulate the stock? If CEO doesn't like toxic debt in theory but how can he control the debt swaps whether they eventually end up in wrong hands? The premise of his belief would be to find true private investors(with long sentiment) and issue stock for money. Could it trigger a death spiral this way too? Don't get me wrong I am long with this stock (actually very long) and my avg is at 0.0025 so just genuine questions on what our CEO's strategy here and game plan is? all are welcome to enlighten me on this!
