I have a feeling that Phase 2B is waiting on the FDA; and the FDA is waiting on Congress. The US House passed HR 6, 21st Century Cures Act, but the Senate needs to pass their version.

On the positive side, Senator Warren(MA) will be involved.

The Senate committee meeting is scheduled for 06 Aug 2015 at 10:00 Eastern, and they will be looking at a related bill. Attaching HR 6 to S 481 would speed it up, but not holding my breath.

Otherwise; might not happen this quarter, IMO.
