Yeah I double checked and August 15th is correct thank you for bringing that to my attention. Which begs the question, since Q2's 10-Q isn't due for another 10 days, why does OTC Markets list BLTA as Delinquent?

OTC Markets must want something from BLTA, or BLTA's Transfer Agent, because OTC is still listing BLTA as delinquent. Nothing much makes sense with BLTA.
