I never seen anyone do a RS with 1bill still to dilute. So Joel:
1) can't dilute the 1bill cause there is some time constraints? Like he was to wait 6months. I see this talked about on the board.

2) Joel needs to RS to make it .01 before a certain date hits or we go pink?

I don't get it. Why the RS talk? Just trying to get shares cheap?

I do know one thing. NO PINK OR PENNY should even mention a RS.
