Yeah, that's the ticket, dump 2.6 or so billion shares on the market and then buy back 150mil and tell investors it's a good thing.
They'll believe anything posted on twitter or in a fake PR, or even a real PR if only the company could afford that.

What happened a few weeks ago?
Didn't Vakser convert 500mil shares into preferred and tell investors that's a good thing, and then he dumped those shares as fast as possible.

We NEED A REVERSE SPLIT and a name/ticker change, not only to help hide the Vakser past and present but also to give Jorge a fresh start at dilution.
Jorge has only been able to dump about a billion shares so far. Let's give him another start!
